• Room rates are inclusive of breakfast. 

• Rates are inclusive of 7.5% VAT, 10% service charge and 5% consumption tax. 

• We accept cash, card, and transfer payments. 

• Mandatory submission of a valid photo ID proof at the time of check-in. 

• Check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 12pm. 

• Additional fees are applicable at time of service, check-in, or check-out such as but not limited to mandatory room deposit and late check-out fee. 

• Maximum occupancy in a room cannot exceed the mentioned limit. The room rate will depend on the no. of people checking in to the room. 

• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the reservation date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 48-24 hours of check-in will incur a 50% fee. 

• Cancellations made within 24 hours will receive no refunds.

• The hotel is not responsible or liable for any personal belongings of guests left unattended by the guest. 

• We provide a safe in all rooms and we highly recommend that all guests keep their valuable items inside of the safe if they are leaving the room or keep their bags locked. 

• Any claims made by guests of missing items will not be the responsibility or liability of the hotel or its management.
