Meet Mrs. Jannat Sharma – MD

She is the heart, mind, and body of Riviera. She is the epitome of strength and resilience, excelling as a daughter, wife, mother, and entrepreneur. Mrs. Sharma dared to dream and envisioned Riviera, which has now become her brainchild and provides jobs for over 80 people and counting.

Meet Mrs. Nikita Murdia – COO

The backbone of the Riviera team, Mrs. Nikita Murdia, is the boss lady of the office. You can call her the reporting and command center for all departments; she has a grip on every business operation. She is the go-to person for any problem without a solution. Her ability to manage the entire business while fulfilling her responsibilities as a wife and mother is remarkable. Mrs. Murdia is our true Superwoman. 

Meet Mrs. Sabari Rayachaudhuri – Financial Controller

She is a true leader in charge of the Finance and Accounting Department. She has the ability to get the best out of her team and all other departments by constantly being the voice of motivation. She is a process-driven, goal-oriented, and experienced accountant who has added so much value to our team. 

Meet Mrs. Oluwabunmi Folayan – Floor Manager

Famously known as Madam Bunmi, Mrs. Folayan is our floor general in every sense of the word. Bunmi has never shied away from going above and beyond for Riviera whenever required. She is respected by every staff member and has worked tirelessly since joining the team, bringing great value to our hospitality business. 

Meet Ms. Julian Negedu – Line Chef Assistant

Ms. Julian, affectionately known as “Auntie,” has been with team Riviera since almost the beginning. She started her journey as a kitchen coworker with very basic knowledge. She has shown determination and a desire to learn more every day, and she has grown into the position of line chef assistant. She is the perfect example of hard work paying off. 

Meet Ms. Judith Akpo – Head Cashier

Our head cashier, Judith, is one of the hardest-working employees at Riviera. She joined our team less than a year ago, when we, unfortunately, had no cashier. She recognized her responsibilities right away and assumed her position with complete dedication. We hope Judith grows with our team for years to come. 

Meet Ms. Cynthia Nwankwo – Waitress

Full of promise and potential, Cynthia joined our team about a year ago as a waitress. She has been immaculate in her duties. Our managers always use her as an example for newcomers, as someone who has learned the importance of her job and everything related to it very quickly. Having only heard positive feedback about her from all our customers, she is certainly on course to become a supervisor in the near future. 

Meet Mrs. Verna Pinto – Internal Auditor

The newest member of our team, Mrs. Pinto, comes in with years of experience in the world of finance. She has had an instant impact on process improvement and problem-solving at Riviera. She has a true eye for finer details, and with her on our team, we are confident of not missing a step in business operations.
